2021 was a successful VIRTUAL Event!
On Saturday, May 22, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. EST when we went LIVE to celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month in May. We are honored to have our Guest MCs Lynna Lai, Melissa Reid, Homa Bash, Neeha Curtis, Syeda Abbas, and Chris Tanaka joining lead MC Wayne Wong as we highlight AAPI cultural performances, Asian foods, and tours of Cleveland’s AsiaTown via Facebook Live or YouTube Live.

While the Cleveland Asian Festival 2021 is virtual, many of our food vendors have restaurants in the Greater Cleveland area. We will be highlighting some of them so you can visit them afterward for dine-in or carry-out. Be sure to enjoy all your favorites drinks like bubble tea, lassi, grass jelly drink, sugar cane juice, Thai tea, coconut milk, Vietnamese iced coffee, soybean milk, Yakult, and more; and favorite foods like dim sum, momo, egg rolls, samosas, sushi, summer rolls, Pad Thai, bánh mì, larb, japchae, etc.; And of best of all the desserts like mango sticky rice, sesame ice cream, Korean shaved ice, Portuguese egg tarts, Hong Kong waffles, halo-halo, coconut cream buns and more.

The Cleveland Asian Festival is a grassroots festival that highlights Cleveland’s AsiaTown, Diversity, and Asian Culture in Northeast Ohio. Organized by the community, for the community to celebrate Cleveland’s diversity and Asian Pacific American Heritage Month in May.
The annual festival offers Free Admission, Free Parking with Free shuttle bus rides to and from the festival, Live entertainment including Cultural Performances and demonstrations on two outdoor stages, a World Marketplace of 100+ vendors and exhibitors, 25+ local restaurants, and caterers offering authentic Asian cuisines, Free tours of AsiaTown on Lolly the Trolley, Free health screenings at the Health Pavilion inside Asia Plaza, Free activities, Free games, an eating contest, the Colors of Asia Fashion show, and an Asian Pop Dance Competition.

Donate to the Cleveland Asian Festival as we work to unite the Asian and Pacific Islander community by supporting and promoting cultural education, performing arts, and economic growth in Northeast Ohio.
