Volunteers are critical to running the Cleveland Asian Festival. Have a great time being a part of the backstage fun! Registration for the 2025 Cleveland Asian Festival is open now through May 11th. All volunteers who have signed-up by late April have their names included in this year’s program!
**Volunteers or festival ambassadors are not affiliated with vendors, exhibitors, or sponsors. If you are simply volunteering at the festival with another organization you do not need to fill out our volunteer form. Why should you be part of the Cleveland Asian Festival?
Last year’s 15th annual Cleveland Asian Festival brought in over 45,000 attendees! Our volunteers were instrumental to this success and contributed in tons of awesome ways. All volunteers receive some perks (listed below) for their help!

Volunteer Orientations. Our mandatory orientations help volunteers learn the roles and organization of the Cleveland Asian Festival. Similar to past years, we will be holding two orientation sessions virtually and one in-person at Asia Town Plaza. First-time volunteers MUST attend the in-person session on Saturday to become familiar with festival grounds. These orientations will take place the weekend before the festival – May 9th – 6:30 pm (virtual); May 10th – 3:00pm (in-person); May 12th – 6:30pm (virtual).
